Kooth is a free online mental health and emotional wellbeing service that is available to young people aged 10-25 in Liverpool and is accessible 24/7, 365 days of the year. Our service is used by large numbers of young people and delivers 1000’s of online counselling sessions each year. Staffed by fully trained and qualified counsellors and available until 10pm each night, it provides a much needed out of hours service for advice and support.

The introduction assembly gives your students a brief overview of our service, the way they can access our service and we also discuss different tips for young people to help their mental health and wellbeing.
