Detailed Information

Kooth is a free, anonymous digital mental health service available for anyone in Liverpool aged 10-25. We are available 365 days a year 24/7 and our team are online to chat until 10pm every night.

Our Male Mental Health workshop is designed to deal with the stigma that surrounds men seeking support for their mental health. We discuss the reasons why men might be less likely to seek support for their mental health, we provide some advice on how to seek support/ask for help if it’s needed and also look at some famous figures who have spoken out about their own mental health struggles. We also touch on how Kooth can support with students mental health alongside this information so they are aware of a neutral service they can access if they find it hard to talk to the people in their lives.

Please get in touch if you would like any more information.
