Kooth is a free online mental health and emotional wellbeing service that is available to young people in your area and is accessible 24/7, 365 days of the year. Our service is used by large numbers of young people and delivers 1000’s of online counselling sessions each year. Staffed by fully trained and qualified counsellors and available until 10pm each night, it provides a much needed out of hours service for advice and support.
All a young person needs to do is go to kooth.com and sign up with our quick registration process. Once they have created an account all of our support is available to them immediately.
Counselling chat times –
Monday – Friday – 12pm-10pm
Saturday – Sunday – 6pm-10pm
