Kooth is a free, digital and anonymous mental health service for anyone aged 10-25 in Liverpool. We are commissioned by the NHS and are available 365 days a year 24/7.
Our transition workshop covers the anxiety around the move to Secondary School and provides some top tips on ways your students can prepare for this big step in their lives. We also share information around how Kooth can support your students with their mental health.
