Ahead of the Game is a project delivered by staff from the charity’s Tackling the Blues programme in partnership with Movember and Rugby League Cares. The project consists of a free 1-hour interactive workshop targeting young people aged 12-18.
During this workshop, young people will learn how to kick off conversations about mental health, recognise warning signs of mental health problems and gain the skills to help themselves or a friend who might be having a tough time.
